Texas Medicaid 1915(c) HCBS Waivers, 2006.

In 2006, there were 62,940 participants in the 9 waiver programs in Texas (Table 1) with expenditures totaling $1,103,451,768 (an average expenditure of $17,532 per participant) (Table 2).
