Delaware Medicaid 1915(c) HCBS Waivers, 2006.

In 2006, there were 2,757 participants in the 4 waiver programs in Delaware (Table 1) with expenditures totaling $82,516,734 (an average expenditure of $29,930 per participant) (Table 2).
