Abstract

This report was commissioned to assist the State of Nebraska in establishing a PAS-ISO as an option for consumers to access PAS. The report provides examples of how different states are structuring PAS Intermediary Service Organizations (PAS-ISO) services. Information in the report is based on a variety of data sources ranging from reports, websites, and surveys of and interviews with officials in states’ health and human services departments. The report includes: background information about the PAS-ISO plans and examples of features from other states, and includes an appendix with copies of other states’ materials related to their programs.

Obtain the Full Version

Due to the extensive size of the appendices (over 600 pages), selected appendices are included in the PDF/online report, but the "Appendix References" section of the report provides information about locating the material in each appendix.
