On the PAS Center website, you can find state agency information, under the State Information link on the left hand side of any screen. Once there, you can choose State Agencies Related to PAS. Then choose your state. In your case, the link for Georgia can be found at:

The first link is for the state's Medicaid agency. I followed that link from our website and ultimately it led me to the following page:
