The 2006 Irving K. Zola Award for Emerging Scholars in Disability Studies is sponsored by the Society for Disability Studies (SDS). The annual award recognizes excellence in research, writing and a commitment to disability studies as exemplified by Irving K. Zola's life and scholarship.
