Utah Medicaid 1915(c) HCBS Waivers, 2006.

In 2006, there were 5,140 participants in the 5 waiver programs in Utah (Table 1) with expenditures totaling $123,992,018 (an average expenditure of $24,123 per participant) (Table 2).
