US Medicaid 1915(c) HCBS Waivers, 2006.

In 2006, there were 1,106,388 participants in the 263 waiver programs in US (Table 1) with expenditures totaling $25,046,933,651 (an average expenditure of $22,638 per participant) (Table 2).
