Arizona Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), 2006

In 2006, there were 32,358 Medicaid HCBS participants in Arizona (Table 1). In that same year, expenditures on Medicaid HCBS were $694,692,383 (Table 2).

Note: Arizona does not operate a state plan personal care services benefit. Arizona did not operate 1915(c) waivers over the study period because all HCBS were provided through a 1115 waiver.
