Home and Community-Based Services: Federal Funding to Pennsylvania(2006)

The Older Americans Act (OAA) is an important mechanism for providing HCBS for older people and their families. It has 7 sections (titles) and Title III sets the structure and mechanisms for financing and delivering HCBS programs for older people and is the largest program under the OAA.
