States Cutting Services for Elderly and the Disabled

As States face increased budget shortfalls some States are reducing home care support services for the elderly and disabled, making it increasingly difficult for these individuals to continue to live at home.

Currently 15 States are targeting such programs and with a faltering ecomomy 41 States are expected to face budget shortfalls.
